SHIPPING AND VAT INFORMATION
All pedals are sold including a KOMA 9V DC power supply and have FREE shipping inside the European Union.
All pedals sold to all countries outside of the European Union will be charged a shipping flat rate of 16,80 EUR (+/- 21.00 USD).
The KOMMANDER always ships with a flat rate shipping price of 5.50 EUR worldwide. KOMA Swag ships free of charge.
The EUR price includes German VAT (currently 19%) that will be charged to all purchases within the European Union. Companies within the EU (but outside of Germany) with an EU-VAT number can sent us an email after purchase with this number, plus the company registered postal address (No P.O. boxes), to have the VAT removed from the end price.
All goods remain the property of KOMA Elektronik until paid for in full.
ORDERS
Orders are shipped as soon as we have received payment. We ship all orders using DHL / Deutsche Post and within the EU shipping takes approx. 5 – 10 working days, Outside the EU this can run up to 15 working days. When you prefer premium shipping, order your item and send an email to support@koma-elektronik.com, than we’ll figure out a good way to ship the order together. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number. Due to shipment restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
